Abstract
Objective To observe the effect of nursing intervention on the curative effect of Danhong injection in the treatment of elderly patients with unstable angina pectoris.Methods100 cases of elderly patients with unstable angina from March 2015 ~ March 2016 were randomly divided into 2 groups,40 cases of each group.The control group was given conventional treatment, experimental group The experimental group was given intravenous drip of Danhong injection and clinical nursing intervention. The efifcacy and SAQ score were observed.ResultsThe total effective rate of the treatment group was 94.0%, signiifcantly higher than that of the control group (72.0%), there was statistical signiifcance (P<0.05). Compared with the control group, the SAQ score of the patients in the experimental group was better (P<0.05).Conclusion Danhong injection for elderly patients with unstable angina pectoris curative effect, while carrying out clinical nursing intervention is beneficial to consolidate the curative effect, improve the prognosis of the patients with, improve nursing satisfaction.关键词
