摘要
Abstract
Objective To discuss the diagnosis, surgical methods and clinical effect of Brucella spondylitis. Methods Fifteen patients of Brucella spondylitis whose symptom had no obvious relief after conservative treatment underwent surgical treatment, including 14 cases with posterior focal cleaning and internal fixation, and 1 case with posterior fix-ation. Results All patients were followed up for 12~29 months. All patients had a back pain relieve after surgery, 13 patients with neurological symptoms had a different degree of recovery,all of internal fixation were good position on imaging examination, nerve compression were removed. According to JOA score:4 cured, 7 significant effect, 3 ef-fective, 1 invalid. Conclusions Posterior focal cleaning and internal fixation,combine with standardized drug thera-py in treatment of Brucella spondylitis, can achieve good treatment effect.关键词
