摘要
Abstract
Objective To evaluate the effect of percutaneous pedicle screw system in the treatment of thoracolumbar compression fractures. Methods Thirty-five patients were treated by percutaneous pedicle screw fixation system. VAS, ODI, Cobb angle, vertebral body collapse rate and Frankel classification were compared between preoperation and postoperation. Results Patients had been followed up for 6~18 months. There were significant differences in the VAS, ODI, Cobb angle, vertebral body collapse rate and Frankel classification between the preoperative and post-operative(P<0. 05). Conclusions Percutaneous pedicle screw fixation system can be used in the treatment of no obvious spinal cord or nerve injury of thoracolumbar fractures.关键词
