摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate curative effect of patella middle polar comminuted fracture under arthroscopy with Coated Vicryl Plus Antibacterial Suture. Methods Forty cases of patellar comminuted fracture were treated by surgery,20 cases of which were routine and improved tension band fixation ( modified tension band group) , 20 cases were treated with Coated Vicryl Plus Antibacterial Suture under arthroscopy ( Coated Vicryl Plus Antibacterial Suture group) . The intraoperative and postoperative condition and function were compared. Results The volume of bleed-ing, operation time and hospitalization time of Coated Vicryl Plus Antibacterial Suture group were less than modified tension band group, differences were statistically significant ( P<0. 05 ) . Full weight-bearing time similar between the two groups had no statistical significance (P>0. 05). All cases were followed up for 6~12 months. Recovery of limb function, which improved tension band groups:excellent in 13 cases, good in 5, fair in 1, and poor in 1. Coa-ted Vicryl Plus Antibacterial Suture group:excellent in 17 cases, good in 3 cases, and the difference was statistically significant( P<0. 05 ) . Complications: modified tension band group had incision dehiscence, infection in 1 case, Coated Vicryl Plus Antibacterial Suture group was without complications. Conclusions Under arthroscopy Coated Vicryl Plus Antibacterial Suture treatment of patella middle polar comminuted fracture curative effect is better, less trauma, simple operation, no secondary surgery.关键词
