摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate clinical curative effect of the anatomy type of the locking compression plate for the treatment of complex proximal humeral fractures. Methods Anatomy type of locking compression plate was used to treat 32 cases of proximal humeral Neer parting patients with fractures of three or four parts. Results Patients were followed up for 15~36 months. They were all clinically healed. According to the function of shoulder joint Neer scores:26 cases were excellent, 4 cases were good, 2 fair, the excellent-good rate was 93. 75%. Conclusions An-atomical type of locking compression plate fixation for treatment of complex proximal humeral fractures is easy to oper-ate, fixed firmly, fracture healing fast, and shoulder joint function recover well postoperatively,which is an effective treatment method.关键词
