新疆北疆地区哈萨克族12－14岁青少年龋齿患病率的流行病学调查＊
Epidemiological investigation of dental caries among 12-14 years old children of kazakh in northern xinjiang
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the dental caries status and its influencing factors among 12-14 years old chil-dren of kazakh in northern xinjiang.Methods:Referring to the third National Oral Health Survey,caries status of 1836 kazakh chihlren aged from 12 to 14 was examined in 8 regions northern xinjiang.Records related to caries disease epidemiology.Re-sults:The caries prevalence rate in The city and the countryof were 30.50% and 39.64% respectively,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Men and women of caries prevalence rate were 38.10% and 34.15% respectively,there was no statistically significant difference(P>0.05).The filling rate in the city and the country were 18.70%and 5.64%, respectively,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The filling rate 12 to 14 years olds were 8.15%,12.34%and 14.07%respectively,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05)in xinjiang kazak juvenile brushing 2-3 times every day of only 31.79%,and only 14.32%,brush for more than 3 minutes,recently saw tooth time more than 2 years of 78.02%.Conclusion:Children aged from 12 to 14 years old in northern xinjiang kazak have high caries prevalence rates and low filling rates.Oral health behavior knowledge needs further popularization.关键词
