Abstract
Objective:To assess the efficacy of a combined management for chronic cheilitis(CC)with 0.1%tacroli-mus ointment and millimeter wave( MMV) and set up a nursing standard for CC.Methods:Forty CC patients were divided in-to 3 group(0.1%tacrolimus ointment group,MMV group,and combined treating group) according to different treatments.Af-ter 7 and 14 days,all CC patients were evaluated with investigators global assessment( IGA) .Results:The efficacy evaluation of 0.1%tacrolimus ointment group and combined treating group were significantly better than MMV group(P<0.05).How-ever,at the end of 7 days,combined treating group was superior to 0.1% tacrolimus ointment group(P<0.05),and there <br> was no statistically significant difference between the two assessment for combined treating group.Conclusion:In current study,0.1%tacrolimus ointment and MMW were used combined to treat CC,and the therapeutic evaluation represented no obvious improvement compared with 0.1% tacrolimus used alone.However, it seemed to be meaningful in shortening the treatment length and decrease the dosage of tacrolimus ointment,which might alleviate the side effect of tacrolimus ointment like hyperpigmentation in the lips.关键词
