直肌后徙可调缝线术在儿童共同性斜视中的应用

Abstract
Objective To observe the clinical effects of lateral rectus recession and adjustable suture surgery in the treatment of concomitant strabismus in children.Methods The 34 children patients with concomitant strabismus were anesthetized by general anesthesia.The lateral rectus recession and adjustable suture surgery were used to treat the cases. Postoperative 1-2 days the eye position was adjusted through the adjustable suture.Then followed up for 6~24 months to observe the effect of surgery.Results In the 34 children with strabismus, 11 cases were in desired alignment and 23 cases needed to be adjusted because of undercorrection or overcorrection.Nine cases with overcorrection and 11 cases with under-correction were adjusted to the normotopia.There were 3 cases with undercorrection improved after the training of the set. In the follow-up 6~24 months, there is 1 case with undercorrection in unadjusted patients.There are 2 cases with under-correction after in adjusted patients.And compared with the preoperative, the postoperative visual function has significantly improved.Conclusion The lateral rectus recession and adjustable suture surgery in the treatment of children with concom-itant strabismus is a simple and effective surgery.It can decrease the risk of reoperation for children strabismus surgery in general anesthesia.And the success rate is greatly improved.关键词
