Abstract
Through morphology analysis on the thread gluing tool joints in the oil field and make-up and break-out test of the tool joints,the thread gluing reasons of the tool joints in an oil field were analyzed.The results show that the thread gluing of tool joints was not only related to the poor anti-gluing performance of the thread joints,but also related to the improper operation.Problems such as skew buckle,no leading and high speed make-up existed during installation of the tool joints.Finally,by analyzing some present specifications and use conditions of the drilling tools, suggestion about times of make-up and break-out test for evaluation the anti-gluing performance of the thread joints was suggested.关键词
