Abstract
Xiajiang Hydraulic Project is a huge hydraulic project with the largest investing scale. It embodies the o-riginality features of modern hydraulic construction in modern China,and it is a perfect integration of modern hy-draulic project and civil project. It is a sample project in Jiangxi Province in promoting the harmony between human and water,improving people’s welfare,and enhancing ecological civilization construction. It not only represents the important role that hydraulic construction plays in modern ecological civilization,but also reflects Chinese President Xi Jinping’s ideas of“life community of mountain,water,forest,field and lake”.关键词
