Practical dilemma and way out in core socialist values dissemination:an analysis of culture of rule of law in court
摘要
Abstract
Culture of rule of law in the court is the important carrier of core socialist values dissemination,for it em-bodies the nature of core values and helps to enhance the value convictions among the citizens. The culture of rule of law in the court plays an important role and has achieved some purposes in disseminating the core socialist values. There are,however,still some practical dilemmas such as the inefficiency of meaning expression in the judicial sym-bol system,low identification of the spirit of rule of law among citizens,the permeation of the so-called universal val-ues from the western countries,and inactive role the new media play in guiding the citizens. The construction of cul-ture of rule of law in different courts should follow the basic principles of the construction of the rule of law culture so as to highlight the judicial characteristics,improve the identification of judicial spirit,and make the best of the platform of the new media in disseminating the core socialist values and enhancing the citizen’s identification.关键词
