摘要

Abstract

It is greatly significant to study and analyze the matching between the remuneration system and develop-ment strategy in promoting the core competency of the college. We analyze in the paper the working mechanism of matching between the remuneration system and development strategy in college,and the characteristics of the remu-neration system that goes with the college development strategy and development phases. We then conduct an empir-ical study on the matching problem between the remuneration system and development strategy in a specific univer-sity in Jiangxi Province,and put forward some measures and suggestions concerning promoting remuneration system.
