中美农业智库行为比较研究
Comparative Study on the Behavior of Chinese and American Agricultural Think Tanks

Abstract
Purpose/Significance] Comparative study between different countries is an important aspect of the research of think tank. The comparison of behavior of think tank under the different social cultural background, management system and operation mechanism has great significance for the think tanks of China to draw a lesson from international experience. [ Method/Process] Selecting different types of ag-ricultural think tanks in China and America as a typical case, this paper conducts a comparative study of the activities differences of think tanks in China and America from the aspects of academic research, policy advice, social public opinion, and cooperation, thus to study the differences of the development and the characteristics of think tanks in the two countries. [ Result/Conclusion] It is found that academic behavior of the institutes in China and the United States think tank are more active than the university affiliated ones;the academic behavior and policy advising behavior of Brookings Institution are the most active;there is a big gap between the American think tanks and the Chi-nese think tanksˊpolicy consulting behavior influence;folk think tanks in America pay more attention to the media, and will proactively search for more communication and contact opportunities via various ways to expand its cooperation and exchanges in the network. Final-ly, the recommendations for the construction of China think tanks based on the American experience are presented, and the future of the comparative study of the behavior of Chinese and American think tanks is discussed.关键词
