基于HHM-SWOT分析的我国政府反恐策略模型研究
Research on the Anti-terrorism Strategies Model for Chinese Government Based on HHM-SWOT Analysis
摘要
Abstract
Purpose/Significance] Under the big data environment, factor correlation analysis is an important breakthrough point for suc-cessful response to the current terrorist activities, and is helpful to provide more scientific and more effective counter-terrorism decisions. [ Method/Process] A new event analysis model is proposed, combining the SWOT analysis and AHP method with the traditionally used HHM model for anti-terrorism, and the factors influencing the government anti-terrorism activities are analyzed more comprehensively. [ Result/Conclusion] It identifies risk factors related to counter-terrorism efforts of government, provides a dynamic portfolio analysis model for the government to deal with terrorism, and proposes a practical counter-terrorism strategies combination. The research can pro-vide a valuable reference for China to deal with the threat of terrorism.关键词
