摘要
Abstract
Purpose/Significance] Open access has become a global consensus, in order to give suggestions on the implementation of the open access system in its next development stage in China. [ Method/Process] The article studies the problems of foreign OA practices, collects and analyzes the data of OA repository at home. [ Result/Conclusion] It is found that in foreign countries, OA has problems of publishing platform standard being intentionally neglected, and OA development being questioned about its sustainability. In China, the golden mode for open access develops slowly, the conflicts between the two sides of supply and demand of the digital publishing model are rising;the degree of openness in open access repository article is relatively low, art and science paper involvement is imbalanced, and the website access invalidity rate is high. In addition, the government has fewer plans for this area.关键词
