On the Key Factors Identification of Academic Virtual Community Knowledge Growth

摘要

Abstract

Purpose/Significance] Identifying and analyzing the key influencing factors of academic virtual community knowledge growth is of great significance to improve the community knowledge service and competitive ability. [ Method/Process] Based on the theory of knowledge fermentation, we first analyzed knowledge growth process, and extracted the influencing factors of academic virtual community knowledge growth, then used DEMATEL method to analyze the comprehensive influence degree of the factors and identified the key influ-encing factors. [ Result/Conclusion] According to the reason degree and centrality degree, we identified order and quality management mechanism, trust and incentive mechanism, academic value of knowledge viewpoint, knowledge contribution motivation and organization-al culture atmosphere as the key influencing factors. Finally we put forward some strategies to promote the knowledge growth of academic virtual community.
