原创性教育UGC生成动因实证研究
Empirical Research of Motivation on Original UGC of Education
摘要
Abstract
Purpose/Significance] The existence of original UGC of education enables learners to get learning resources through diverse channels, thus changes the way of learning. The active participation of users guarantees the generation of original UGC of education. [ Method/Process] Based on motivation theory, social exchange theory and self-efficacy theory, this research put forward an original edu-cation UGC generating motivation model from two dimensions of individual and society, extracting 12 factors and constructing 16 theoreti-cal hypotheses for the empirical motivation study using the creator of original UGC of education as the research object. [ Result/Conclu-sion] Structural equation model is used to verify the hypotheses. It is found that motivation to help others, altruism, a sense of achievement and satisfaction, and the idea of lifelong learning have a positive impact on userˊs enthusiasm to generate content. Some corresponding measures and suggestions on motivating more user involvement in generating content are presented at last.关键词
