基于ADAMS的快装塔式起重机起重臂折叠机构设计及仿真分析

Abstract
To solve the problem of excessive folding height of the fast-assembly tower crane during transport, a folding mechanism between lifting booms is designed. Preliminary calculation is performed for hinge pin position based on the cross-section size of the lifting boom. To verify the feasibility of the mechanism, 3D modeling software Pro/E is adopted to develop the 3D model of the folding mechanism of the lifting boom, which is put into the multibody dynamics software AD-AMS. The kinematic pair and driving function are added according to the working principle of the folding mechanism to de-velop a virtual prototype model for kinematics simulation analysis. The simulation result shows that the design mechanism can fully meet the motion requirements for displacement, speed, and acceleration of the lifting boom from folding to unfol-ding, indicating that the mechanism is feasible. The study on kinetic characteristic provides basis for the structural optimi-zation of the folding mechanism.关键词
