采煤机摇臂漏油问题的研究

Abstract
In this paper, taking a coal mine 8802 working face 1920-WD type coal mining machine as a case, the rocker arm lfoating oil seal oil leakage problem in the using process was studied, the structure of shear rocker arm was analyzed, and summarizes the replacement of the rocker arm in the underground, Then the cause of the leak was analyzed from the oil seal installation deviation, the oil seal bearing the radial force of the fracture, the impact of the sealing material three aspects, and ifnally targeted to put forward the improvement program.关键词
