旋覆代赭汤联合泮托拉唑治疗脾虚湿阻证重度反流性食管炎疗效观察
Therapeutic Effects of Xuanfu Daizhe Decoction with Pantoprazole on Severe Reflux Esophagitis of Spleen Deficiency and Damp Obstruction

Abstract
Objective:To observe the therapeutic effects under gastroscope and recurrence rate of Xuanfu Daizhe decoction with pantoprazole on severe reflux esophagitis of stomach deficiency and damp obstruction. Methods:Sixty patients with severe reflux esophagitis were enrolled in randomized double-blind study. They were divided into treatment group and control group. The treatment group was treated with Xuanfu Daizhe decoction and pantoprazole and the control group was treated with pantoprazole and mosapride. Both groups were treated for 8 weeks. After 16 weeks patients were examined with gastroscope to observe the change of gastric mucosa. After 6 months,patients were followed up to investigate the recurrence rate. Results:After treatment the improvement of the gastric mucosa was better in the treatment group than that in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05). The recurrence rate in the treatment group was obviously low-er than that in the control group after six months with statistical significance(P<0.05). Conclusion:Xuan-fu Daizhe decoction with pantoprazole can treat severe reflux esophagitis with satisfactory effect and it re-duces the recurrence rate obviously.关键词
