Abstract
Objective:To observe the curative effect of Shugan Zhenwei decoction plus sensate focus exercise for psychogenic erectile dysfunction. Methods:Totally 200 cases of psychogenic erectile dysfunction were di-vided into treatment group with 120 cases and control group with 80 cases. The treatment group was treated with Shugan Zhenwei decoction plus sensate focus exercise ,while the control group was treated with Shugan Zhenwei decoction alone. One therapeutic course lasted for 4 weeks. After 2 therapeutic courses ,two groups was compared on therapeutic effect. Results:In the treatment group,56 cases were cured,and 53 cases were improved,with the total effective rate 90.8%,while in the control group,23 cases were cured,and 31 cases were improved,with the total effective rate 67.5%. There was obvious difference on the total effective rate between the two groups(P<0.01). Conclusion:Shugan Zhenwei decoction plus sensate focus exercise in the treatment of psychogenic erectile dysfunction was better than Shugan Zhenwei decoction alone ,and it is the most effective therapy for psychogenic erectile dysfunction.关键词
