荆芥连翘汤加减对溃疡性结肠炎患者血清TNF-α、IL-2的调节作用
Regulating Effect of Modified Jingjie Lianqiao Decoction on Serum TNF-α and IL-2 in Patients with Ulcerative Colitis

Abstract
Objective:To observe the regulating effect of modified Jingjie Lianqiao decoction on serum TNF-αand IL-2 in patients with ulcerative colitis(UC),and to explore the mechanisms. Methods:Total 60 cases pa-tients with UC of large intestine damp-heat with lung heat type were randomly divided into treatment group and western medicine group. In the treatment group there were 32 patients given oral administration of mod-ified Jingjie Lianqiao decoction and enteric-coated mesalarnine tablet,in the western medicine group there were 28 patients given oral administration of enteric-coated mesalarnine tablet. After 3 months ,changes of serum TNF-α and IL-2 levels in two groups were compared. Results:Modified Jingjie Lianqiao decoction could decrease serum TNF-α level significantly,while increase serum IL-2 level significantly,with statistical significance(P<0.05),compared with the western medicine group. Conclusion:Modified Jingjie Lianqiao de-coction could regulate TNF-α and IL-2 levels to be normal,therefore to reduce inflammation and regulate the immunity.关键词
