中西医结合治疗狼疮肾炎的疗效观察
Clinical Observation of Lupus Nephritis Treated with Integration of Chinese and Western Medicine

Abstract
Objective:To evaluate the clinical efficacy of lupus nephritis treated with integration of Chinese and western medicine based on syndrome differentiation. Methods:There were 145 patients with lupus nephritis randomly divided into the experimental group and control group. In the experimental group there were 85 patients treated with integration of Chinese and western medicine and there were 60 patients in the control group treated with western medicine alone. The therapeutic effects and adverse reaction were ob-served. Results:In the experimental group,the total effective rate was 90.6%,significantly higher than that of 76.7% in the control group(P<0.05). After treatment,in the two groups expressions of auto-antibody and urinary protein excretion were improved obviously than those before the treatment (P<0.05). The experimental group was improved more significantly ( P<0 . 05 ) , and the incidence of adverse reactions was significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion:Integration of Chinese and western medicine based on syndrome differentiation can effectively improve the condition and relieve systemic lupus erythematosus ,with few adverse reactions,and therefore it should be promoted in clinic.关键词
