慢性萎缩性胃炎胃黏膜修复方法临床研究
Methods for Clinical Restoration of Gastric Mucosa in Patients with Chronic Atrophic Gastritis
摘要
Abstract
Chronic atrophic gastritis is a common and refractory disease of digestive system ,manifesting as pathological changes of the gastric glands atrophy ,muscularis mucosa thickening with intestinal metaplasia and inflammatory reaction. Without interfering,the canceration rate is up to 2.55%~7.46%. According to Professor ZHU Xijie,Qi stagnation,blood stasis,dampness,turbidity,food accumulation,phlegm and toxic heat could affect human body alone or in combination ,leading to disorder of the Qi activity of spleen and stom-ach,and unsmooth blood circulation. Malnutrition of stomach collaterals is the key for disease development , and therefore four methods were proposed to restore gastric mucosa based on treatment and syndrome differ-entiation. The methods are discharging toxin and detoxification to regenerate ,treating both stomach and intes-tine to restore,sour and sweet to generate stomach Yin,and removing stasis and generating new tissues to regenerate.关键词
