摘要

Abstract

It was summarized the surface quality situation of the high accuracy copper and copper alloy strip in this paper.The concepts of surface physical defects and chemical defects were proposed for the first time.It was described the morphology of a variety of surface defects,analyzed the cause of it and key control points to reduce the defects of surface.It was introduced the new technologies,new materials to control the surface defects,and the using actuality of the surface defects quantizing technology.The results show that surface physical defects,example peeling, scratching,pit and other surface physical defects are major cause of complaints in the quality of copper strip.But there are many factors affecting the surface quality of copper,and in the whole process of production.It is necessary to strengthen technological innovation,use new technology and new materials,and improve the security capability of each process.Simultaneously,fine management,careful operation and use testing method of defect quantification are the key for controlling the standard of surface quality,and promoting products quality.
