专业志愿护理服务模式在社区居家养老中的应用研究

Abstract
Objective:To probe into the application effect of professional volunteer nursing service model in com-munity home based care for the aged.Methods:A total of 9 6 elderly people were selected randomly from a community in Nanchang city to implement professional volunteer nursing service model for them,and assessed the behavior and life style,the prevalence of chronic diseases,the average monthly medical expenses and the quality of life in the elderly of the community home based care for the aged before and after the intervention. Results:After the intervention,the behavior and life style of the elderly were changed,the progress of chronic diseases was controlled effectively,the medical expenses were reduced and the quality of life was improved.All indexes were better than those before intervention (P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of professional volun-teer nursing service model in community home based care for the aged could improve the behavior and life style of elderly,improve the control rate of chronic diseases,reduce the average monthly medical expenses and improve their quality of life.关键词
