长沙市社区2型糖尿病病人生活质量及相关因素研究
Study on quality of life and related factors of patients with community type 2 diabetes mellitus in Changsha

Abstract
Objective:To know about the quality of life of patients with commuity type 2 diabetes mellitus in Changsha and to probe into its influencing factors,so as to provide evidences for improving the quality of life of patients.Methods:In December 2013,the Chinese version of concise health survey questionnaire(SF 36)was used to investigate patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus in a community of Changsha.Results:The most serious damage to the quality of life was vitality(33.1±14.0).The lightest was social function(85.0±19.7).The fac-tors affected the quality of life and physical health were gender,course of disease and complications.The factors affected the quality of life and mental health were gender,educational background,age and complication.Conclu-sions:The quality of life of patients with community type 2 diabetes mellitus was poor,it needed to start from the factors that affected the quality of life of patients,and to improve the physical health and mental health of community diabetes patients.关键词
