人工细胞制备的研究进展
Review on research process of artificial cells preparation
摘要
Abstract
Artificial cells are cell-like microcapsules with functions similar to the living cells, mimicking the dedicated structures of biological cells, such as encapsulate biological macromolecules in microcapsules to achieve specific functions or to find new materials for the preparation of the cell membrane with felicitous permeability , etc. The development and application of artificial cells in recent decades are briefly overviewed from the point of view of chemical and biological prospective. The current difficulties and future research directions for the development of artificial cells are also discussed.关键词
