Abstract
The synthesis of polyoxymethylene dimethyl ethers (PODEn) from methanol and trioxymethylene catalyzed by macroporous strong acid resin HD-8 was studied. The optimum reaction conditions were determined by orthogonal experiments as follows: methanol/trioxymethylene molar ratio of 0.5, 110℃, 2MPa, 3h, and catalyst/feedstock mass ratio of 2.2%. Under above conditions, the selectivity and yield of PODE3-8 were 77.54%and 57.42%, respectively. The effects of reaction conditionss on reaction were investigated, and results show that it was in the sequence: methanol/trioxymethylene molar ratio > pressure > catalyst dosage >time>temperaure.关键词
