西安高新区军民融合科技创新发展战略研究
The Development Strategy on Science and Technology Innovation of Civil-military Integration for Xi’ an High-tech Zone
摘要
Abstract
Xi’ an High-tech Zone with intensive defense resource plays an important role in military and civilian integration in⁃dustry to boost the local economy. On the basis of civil-military integration theory, by using social survey method we find it has good internal resources and external environment to develop civil-military integration and also has some problems such as scattered re⁃sources, lower resource sharing, weaker capital support, etc. So as to realize its goal, we must take some treasures such as establis⁃hing flexibly joint place, building military-civilian integration information platform and making innovation development index system of military- civilian integration. The results show that civil-military integration development strategy is key to the development of the military economy and local coordination.关键词
