Trace to the Source of Honesty
摘要
Abstract
The concept of"honesty"in Chinese socialist core value system has undergone thousands of years of slow de-velopment.Before the Spring and Autumn period,people only had the concept of"loyalty"instead of"honesty"due to the limitation of production mode.With the transmission of the mode of production,the sublimation of"loyalty"inspired the development of"honesty".However,the concept of"honesty"was only popular in few thinkers and failed to be-come the subjective spirit of the public.In more than two thousand years of empire time from Qin and Han Dynasty to the end of Qing Dynasty,"honesty"which embodies the subjective spirit also experienced uneven development with the changes in the personal attachment and personality independence.History tells us that the foundation of honesty is to re-duce the personal attachment and personality independence with the key of cultivating the independence of the subjective spirit which is indispensable in establishing a stable society of honesty.关键词
