摘要
Abstract
Chinese culture has played a very important role in the communication of world culture.Life cultivation is the most important part of great Chinese traditional culture.Lao Tzu introduced the subject of universe "Tao"through his own practice experience.In order to better understand "Tao",this paper analyzes and clarifies the connection of"Four Big","Four Changes"and"Eight Words"in Taoism and introduces the life cultivation and the main content of five es-sential aspects for practitioners:masters,practice method,money,fellow practitioners and practice location.Moreover, it also gets some insight into the secret of"Jindan"with expectation to contributing to the development of Chinese tradi-tional cultural heritage.关键词
