基于TCD1711DG的信号采集系统设计

摘要
Abstract
With the development of science and technology,the performance of linear array CCD is improved continually. The two⁃phase linear array CCD emerged in recent years can convert the optical signal into the two⁃phase(odd and even)electric charge signals for parallel output,so its signal conversion rate is nearly twice as much as that of the traditional linear array CCD, and the circuit of signal acquisition is also more complex. Taking the two⁃phase linear array CCD TCD1711DG as an example,a signal acquisition and processing system for two⁃phase linear array CCD was designed with a high⁃speed signal processor and a high⁃speed memory. The circuit of the system has the characteristics of simple structure,high integration,and good anti⁃inter⁃ference ability. The experimental results show that the system can realize the high⁃speed signal acquisition function for two⁃phase linear array CCD signal,and has high reproducibility and practical application value.关键词
