摘要

Abstract

Aiming at the problems of large energy consumption of the transmission in wireless sensor nodes,a power con⁃sumption optimization method based on bluetooth low energy (BLE) is proposed. Compared with the application of bluetooth module,this method is more flexible in application and less power consumption in transmission. The relationship among the packet length,data throughput and transmission power consumption were got by studying the structure of BLE protocol stack,ar⁃chitecture of OSAL software,sleeping mechanism,effect of sleeping mechanism on transmission power and experiment analysis. Based on this relationship,the connection parameters of BLE protocol stack were programmed,and the output power consump⁃tion of wireless sensor nodes in different application occasion was optimized further more. The experimental results show that this method can effectively save the transmission power consumption and prolong the life of batteries.
