大豆水分测定仪的设计与试验
Design and experiment of soybean moisture content meter

Abstract
In order to achieve convenient,fast and non⁃destructive detection of soybean moisture content,an soybean mois⁃ture content meter was designed,which takes STM32F103 as its controller,laser diode,detector and integrating sphere as its beam path system,and signal processing circuit and photoelectric converter as its circuit system. A multi⁃element mathematical model of yellow soybean moisture content and different wavelength light absorptivity was established by analyzing the luminous power absorption law of peak wavelength and the reference wavelength for yellow soybean moisture content. The reliability of the model was tested. The results show that the designed meter’s the absolute detection error in the range of 10.0%~20.0% of yel⁃low soybean moisture content is -0.9%~2.2% and its response time is less than 1.2 s.关键词
