Abstract
Objective:By comparing the difference of postpartum proteinuria between AKI ( acute kidney injury) and non-AKI,to evaluate the relationship of proteinuria and AKI in postpartum hemorrhage patients. Methods:The basic information of maternal in Shengjing Hos-pital Affiliated to China Medical University in Jan. 2012 to Dec. 2015 were collected retrospec-tively. T-test、chi-square test、logistic regression analysis were used to detect the nature associa-tion between proteinuria and AKI. Results:The total incidence of AKI was 24. 8%,the propor-tion in each AKI stage was as follows:stage 1 ,60 . 4%;stage 2 ,15 . 6%;and stage 3 ,24 . 0%. Logistic regression analysis identified proteinuria as independent risk factors for AKI;and with the increase of proteinurin level,the incidence of AKI and AKI stage increased( proteinurin+-/+:OR 8. 666,95%CI 4. 215~17. 817,P<0. 05;proteinurin ++~++++:OR 52. 970,95%CI 20 . 466~137 . 095 , P<0 . 05 ) . Conclusions:Postpartum proteinurin level is closely associated with the occurrence of AKI in postpartum hemorrhage patients,even creatinine and urine output have not been changed,the appearance of proteinurin may predict the occurrence of early acute kidney injury.关键词
