Abstract
This paper analyzes the causes and influences of difficult registration from the perspective of ethics , and proposes solutions to the problem of difficult registration , and leads patients to see the doctor scientifically and rationally , and insists on “people first” and enhances hospital management .The government should perform its responsibilities , effectively protect the equal right of citizens to see the doctor and make concerted efforts to solve the problem of difficult registration .关键词
