导师与新毕业护士对基础护理技术培训需求差异的研究
The different training requirements of basic clinical nursing skills between preceptors and new grad-uate nurses

Abstract
Objective To explore the different training requirement of clinical nursing skills of education program for new graduate nurse between preceptors and new graduate nurses .Methods Questionnaires design by researchers which con-tain 84 basic clinical nursing skills , were sent to preceptors group and new graduate nurse group .The 84 basic clinical nurs-ing skills were divided into two types , which were consensus skills and nonconsensus skills , according to the case rates which were calculated by multiple responses .The numbers of two types of skills were analyzed by chi -square test to display the dif-ferent training requirements of two groups .Results There was obvious difference between preceptors group and new graduate nurses group about training requirement of basic clinical nursing skills of education program for new graduate nurse ( P<0.001).Preceptors group had the centralized requirements (more consensus skills) which focus on common basic nursing skills, but the new graduate nurses group had dispersed requirements which were consist of specialized basic nursing skills . The working life and first record of college of preceptor impacted on the requirements (P<0.001).But the academic qualifi-cations did not showed its influence on the requirements in new graduate nurse group ( P=0.081 ) .Conclusion Training program should balance the different requirement between preceptor and new graduate nurse , underline the general basic skills and provide the training gradually .关键词
