基于 Kaiser模型的医院灾害脆弱性分析
Hospital Vulnerability Analysis based on Kaiser Model
摘要
Abstract
Objective To Formulate and improve the hospital emergency plan and make better preparation for the e-mergency events by hazard vulnerability analysis which based on Kaiser model , and to promote hospital emergency manage-ment, improve hospital emergency response capacity .Methods Based on Kaiser model and to filter risk factors by Dephi method , to get the relative risk and rank by questionnaire survey and calculation .Results The top ten emergency risk events in hospital contained violent event , information system problem , medical malpractice , nosocomial infection , electric malfunc-tion, network consensus, emergency drug-security accident, occupational hazard, fire disaster, elevator accident.Conclu-sion To understand the relationship between the Kaiser model and the emergency plan correctly , and to formulate emergency measures guided by the vulnerability analysis , to develop general vulnerability analysis in all departments , combined with the management tools , to improve the ability of hospital emergency disposal .关键词
