摘要
Abstract
The basically logical relationship between construction of socialist core values and rule of law is of complementation and coincidence. The socialist core values provide ideological guidance for rule of law, functioning as value resource, value ruler and value goal. The rule of law provides system guarantee for the socialist core values, being of value carrier, value guidance and value guarantee. The socialist core values and the rule of law show great harmony in terms of ideological significance, practical subject and mechanism of action, which jointly generates the maximum driving force for the development of a country.关键词
