民国时期上海码头的封建把持与政府调控
Feudal Controlling and Government Regulating in Shanghai Wharf During the Period of the Republic of China
摘要
Abstract
During the period of the Republic of China, the foreign colonial powers, the feudal boss and the government gamed each other in both Shanghai wharf and Wuhan wharf, but the situations differed greatly because of different geographical relation. In Shanghai wharf, a three-layer labor contract system as“foreign merchant-comprador-head of contracted labor”came into being. Meanwhile, in Wuhan wharf, the feudal boss dominated, deceiving his superiors and putting pressure upon his subordinates. Pressed by the foreign colonial powers and the feudal boss, governments of Shanghai and Wuhan just became the vague background, regardless of the active administration of Wuhan government, or laissez-faire of Shanghai government.关键词
