Abstract
The procuratorial organs’ supervision on the community correction is an important part of the execution of punishment supervision. How to effectively supervise and to realize the goal of supervision are difficult problems in the field of theory and practice. It takes the procuratorial supervision on community correction in the high-tech district of Xiangyang as an example and explores reasons for problems existing in the procuratorial organs’ supervision on the community correction. Finally, it puts forward corresponding improvement suggestions.关键词
