平面弯曲弹复理论及其工程应用研究进展
Springback theory of plane bending and progress of study on its engineering application
摘要
Abstract
Springback is the most common metal forming phenomenon. With the development of material process technology as well as increasingly fierce competition in product manufacturing, the accurate prediction and precise control of bending springback have been the key issue to solve. This paper summarizes the research works of Zhao Jun group in the resent years about the springback problem of plane bending, including the springback theory of plane bending, three theorems of pure bending, and engineering appli-cations, such as expanding roundness setting, compression roundness setting, over-bending roundness setting, large pipe straightening, profile stretch-bending, multi-roller straightening, symmetric three-roller setting round, and so on. These works not only further enrich the content of the classical theory of the elastic-plastic bending, but also provide a theoretical basis for the springback prediction in engineering problems.关键词
