Abstract
Objective Discuss the"Sandwiches"didactics in improving the education effects of the probation course of emergency medicine. Methods Have the lesson to the 38 students by the "Sandwiches" didactics and traditional didactics differentiate. After the course give the test about speculative knowledge and clinical operation of the emergency medicine. Results The score of the speculative knowledge of Test group is 80±4.64, while the clinical operation score is 90±3.14, which are both higher than the control group ( ﹤0.05), and the difference is statistically significant. Conclusion The "Sandwiches" didactics, which is used in the probation course of the emergency medicine, has the better education effects, and is helpful to the cultivation of the better doctors of emergency medicine.关键词
