Abstract
To carry out the advanced individual selection is an important work of the hospital management and the cultural construction, but many hospitals have not yet established a complete evaluation system, disadvantages, rarely specifically for youth groups to carry out special award. The author set up 100 points comprehensive quantization system of its own hospital, to carry out the selection of outstanding young practices, explore the establishment of scientific and reasonable evaluation mechanism.关键词
