摘要
Abstract
Objective To study the implementation of different operation in patients with complex tibial plateau fractures of the knee recovery effect. Methods Our hospital in the past two years were 100 cases of patients with complex tibial plateau fractures,were randomly divided into two groups, respectively by open reduction and internal fixation with steel plate and double incision double steel plate internal fixation treatment,compared two groups of patients with knee joint function recovery,grading,and treatment.Results The implementation of double double steel plate internal fixation operation incision on the effect is more obvious;Observation group can better and faster postoperative recovery,pain to a lesser degree,can discharge in a shorter time.Conclusion In patients with complex tibial plateau more appropriate USES double incision double steel plate internal fixation treatment,recovery of patients with knee joint conditions better,and patients can recover faster.关键词
