Abstract
Objective To explore the heterogeneity of high self-esteem under the influence of situational forgiveness pediatric nurse interpersonal conflict management approach.Methods 80 cases of pediatric nurses were randomly selected from October20110 to October 2015in our hospital,and according to a random number table were divided into study group and the control group,40 people in each group,the study group of nurses using situational forgive their interpersonal conflict management way to intervene in the control group not using nurse intervention.Organizational Conflict Scale uses two nurses handling conflict were determined using the hospital nurse job performance rating scale for two nurses task performance,as well as counter-productive performance scenarios to evaluate the performance of three dimensions,using the revenge motive Scale two nurses tendency retaliation measure.Results The study group of nurses most common approach for the integration of the conflict,while avoiding conflict handling the most commonly used control group of nurses,two nurse treatment difference was statistically significant ( <0.05);job performance study group of nurses scored significantly higher than the nurses,the difference was statistically significant( <0.05);study group of nurses revenge motive scored significantly lower than the control group of nurses,the difference was statistically significant ( <0.05).Conclusion Forgiveness can improve situational pediatric nurse using a positive approach to conflict and reduce the tendency of revenge pediatric nurses,pediatric nurses and to improve job performance, and worthy of clinical application.关键词
