Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of nursing intervention on the patients to improve the medical behavior respect after surgery in the Department of thoracic surgery, improve the cough rate, pulmonary infection prevention after surgery, shorten the hospitalization time. Methods Select our hospital department of thoracic surgery from January 2016 to March 2016 of 98 cases of patients in the Department of thoracic surgery of perioperative cough training as the study group and the control group from October 2015 to December 2015 were compared with 98 cases. Results The study group effective cough rate was 98.4%, the control group was only 41%, there was significant difference between two groups (p<0.05). Conclusion Nursing intervention can improve the postoperative Department of thoracic surgery patients effective cough rate, reduce lung infection, shorten the hospitalization time.关键词
