Abstract
Objective To establish a method for the determination of paeoniflorin in Tongxiening Granule. Methods The content of paeoniflorin was determined by HPLC,Elite SinoChrom ODS-BP column (250 mm × 4.6 mm, 5 μm) was used with acetonitrile-0.1% orthophosphoric acid (15∶85) as the mobile phase at the flow rate of 1.0 mL·min-1. The detection wavelength was set at 230 nm and the column temperature was 25℃. The injection volume was 10μl. Results The linear range of paeoniflorin was 0.248~2.480μg (r=0.999 8) with an average recovery of 98.52%(RSD=1.43%, n=6). Conclusion The established method is specific, sensitive, simple, accurate, reproducible, and suitable for the quality control of paeoniflorin in Tongxiening Granule.关键词
