Abstract
Objective To explore a more environmentally friendly, economical and effective method of preventing needle injury in non planned needle stick.Methods From the bad data reported by the admistrative office,to analisis the data of implementation of waste infusion bag stabbed in the application of non planned pulling the needle stick in the operation from march to august,2014.and compared the difference to the same data from feb to sep of 2015.the trainning and management of preventing needle stick injuries is practised before activity,establishing report system of rejective effects and encorage to report it.the application of head of abandoned infusion bag in preventing non planned needle stick operation.Results The injury occurence rate is 27.8% in non planned neele stick beofre activity,and 8.3% after trainning activity.Conclusion The occurence ratio of needle injury is cutting down ,although work load is increased after activity,hence, using abandoned infusion bag is helpful to reduce occurence ration of injury in non planned needle stick,meanwhile it is economical and environmental friendly.关键词
